There is no treatment or medicine to cure certain diseases.
Giving medicine or advertising to cure that diseases is illegal as per drug and medical act 51.

Prohibition of certain medical advertisements.

51. —(1) No person shall publish or cause to be published —
(a) any medical advertisement which directly or indirectly claims, indicates or suggest that the article advertised 
will prevent, alleviate or cure any disease or condition specified in the First Schedule;

12. Menstrual disorders.
13. Paralysis.
14. Tuberculosis.
15. Sexual function.
16. Infertility.
17. Impotency.
18. Frigidity.
19. Conception and pregnancy.
